The Land Rover G4 Challenge is a modern global adventure with driving at its core, run in support of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies – the world’s largest humanitarian organisation, providing assistance without discrimination to around 233 million people every year. Land Rover is hoping to see more than a million pounds generated for the International Federation during the course of the next two Land Rover G4 Challenge cycles. The victorious team will also present a Land Rover to the National Society in their country.

 

The grueling regional heats and subsequent national finals of the G4 TReK are designed to filter entrants down to two teams from each competing country.

 

The Challenge itself is run on a rugged 4x4 route through some of the world’s truly iconic cities as well as the most striking and spectacular surviving scenic wilderness.

 

The event combines off-road driving with activities such as mountain biking, kayaking, climbing, orienteering and abseiling, pitching competitor teams against each other in tests of driving skill, initiative, strategic thinking and physical fitness.
