Being involved in a road traffic accident can be both stressful and inconvenient. At T H White we now offer our customers our complimentary Accident Aftercare service – with just one phone call everything will be taken care of.

Firstly we will recover your vehicle and take it to a Land Rover Approved body shop where it will be repaired by trained technicians using only genuine Land Rover parts. We will also liaise with your own and the other driver’s insurance company to ensure that your claim proceeds smoothly and that where appropriate you recover your uninsured losses, such as policy excess, loss of earnings and injury compensation for non-fault accidents.

If the accident was not your fault we will provide you with a like-for like replacement car while your vehicle is repaired, and even if the accident was your fault we will supply you with a courtesy vehicle for a minimum of 48 hours.

Because your car will be repaired by approved professionals its resale value will be preserved and your Land Rover warranty will not be affected. What’s more, once you have your Accident Aftercare card it can be used by any member of your family for any car.
